This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26011 of 2023 to report before the Perambur, Chennai Railways Police Station, Chennai, every day morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
