The present petition has been filed seeking modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order of this court dated 15.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28621 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before B1, North Beach Police Station, Chennai on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall stay at Kallakurichi and report before the Station House Officer, Kallakurichi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that, the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdiction limit of the respondent police and further one week time is extended to comply the conditions imposed by this court.
