O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.171 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this Court, by order dated 19.08.2025, had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22683 of 2025.

3. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner was earlier arrested and subsequently produced before the Judicial Magistrate for remand. However, the learned Magistrate had refused to remand the petitioner and released him.

4. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest as against the petitioner. 2/4
