This Writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent herein relating to Circular No.Ma.Ve.Su.No.34/2002, dated 24.12.2002, quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's name in the employment exchange without production of evaluation certificate.
2. Today, ie.,25.06.2018, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner seeks the second respondent to register his name in the Employment Exchange without production of evaluation certificates. Since, the writ petition is pending for more than 14 years. Nothing survives for adjudication by this Court. Hence, for the above reasons, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
