The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1)and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic ( Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.31 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is running a spa in name and style of Silver Spa and indulging in the immoral traffic act such as prostitution. Two women who were victims were also found in the Spa.

3. The learned Government stated that A2 has been arrested and granted bail.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 1/3

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 04.01.2024 smn 2/3
