Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the revision submitted on the 20th of June 2024 followed by resubmission of papers on the 26th of February 2025 and the representation dated 30.04.2025 as against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.05.2025 in Na.Ka J2/ 1482449/ 2023 within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Honble court and pass For Petitioner : Mr.Ganesan OLV For Respondents : Mr.C.Jayaprakash Government Advocate Order Heard Mr.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for the following prayer:- i) For issuance of a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the revision submitted on the 20th of June 2024 followed by resubmission of papers on the 26th of February 2/6
2025 and the representation dated 30.04.2025 as against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.05.2025 within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Honble court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as against the order of cancellation of patta passed by the second respondent dated 29.05.2025, the petitioner filed a revision before the first respondent on 20.06.2024 , and since the same has not been disposed of, the petitioner made a representation dated 30.04.2025 before the first respondent requesting him to consider the petitioner's case, however, the said representation also evoked no response, and hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents fairly submitted that Revision would be considered and disposed of by the first respondent in accordance with law, within the time as stipulated by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the limited scope of the prayer, sought for by the petitioner, in this Writ Petition, this Court, without expressing any view with regard to the merits of the contentions putforth by the petitioner in the Writ Petition, is of the view that, suffice it would be to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Revision in a time bound manner.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the Revision filed by the petitioner dated 20.06.2024 and dispose of the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
