ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent, viz., Pharmacy Council of India, to consider and grant approval for starting the B.Pharm Degree course with an intake of 60 seats from the Academic year 2025- 26, within a period of one week, by disposing of the appeal submitted online by the petitioner Trust/ College.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the petitioner Trust/College seeking grant of approval to start the B.Pharm Degree course with an intake of 60 seats from the Academic Year 2025-2026, and to pass appropriate orders on merits and

in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
