2. Heard Mr.D.Anantha Padmanabhan, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the accused persons are absconding and therefore, there is absolutely no progress in the investigation.

4. In the light of the above, the relief as such sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted.
