Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent Secretary of the Government, Personnel Administration and Reforms Department,

Government of Tamil Nadu to pass appropriate orders, regularising the services of all the petitioners herein from the date of their initial engagement on contract basis to regularise our service from the date of our initial appointment. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders for regularising the services of all the petitioner herein from the date of their initial engagement on contract basis to regularise our service from the date of our initial appointment.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2023 in the light of the order dated 15.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27900 of 2018 and 11923 & 13033 of 2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
