This application is filed to amend the name of the petitioner in the cause title to read as "Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited".

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, this application stands allowed.

3.The petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment in (T)OP(TM)313/2023 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other side on or before 23.02.2024.

4.Both sides are required to file their draft issues as well as the schedule for trial.

5.Post the matter on 23.02.2024.
