This application is filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant and the adoption memo filed by the defendants 2 to 4 in the above suit. 2.Heard both sides and perused the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the application.

3.The other side has no objection in allowing this application. 4.Having regard to the nature of the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to give fair opportunity to the defendants to defend their case, delay is condoned and this application is ordered accordingly.
