ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to grant selection grade pay fixation in the post of Assistant Executive Engineer to the petitioner and consequently revise his pay and grant other benefits in the light of the representations dated 06.10.2020 and 15.09.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 06.10.2020 and 15.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
