ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the representation dated 18.07.2025 revealed that the petitioner filed an appeal as against the order passed by the fifth respondent before the second respondent and it is pending. Pending appeal, the second respondent called for report from the fifth respondent. Accordingly, the fifth respondent submitted a report. Now, the petitioner finds fault in the said report and submitted a representation to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent.

4. If there is any fault in the report or incomplete report submitted by the

fifth respondent, the second respondent, being the appellate authority will take care of it. Without even passing final order, the petitioner cannot seek any direction to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent that too on the report submitted by the fifth respondent.

5. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
