These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by a common order dated 24.11.2023 in Crl.MP.Nos.18503 & 18502 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday, for a further period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
