ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a passport to the petitioner by considering his application vide application reference (ARN) no. 25-1059014822 dated 18.08.2025 and file no. TR5065518693325 dated 20.08.2025

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation for issuance of passport and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed

within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
