(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Ms.Amirtha Dinakaran, learned Government Advocate states that the disputed tax is less than the amount stipulated under the litigation policy vide G.O.Ms.No.75 dated 27.03.2025.

2. Hence, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 85 days in filing the Tax Case is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Tax Case, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 06.06.2025.
