Heard Mr.G.Ashokapathy, learned counsel appearing for M/s.Pass Associates for the applicant. Though the non-applicants are reported to be served, none appears for the non-applicants.

The present application is filed for acceptance of the cause-title.

It is submitted by the applicant that the applicant company was wrongly mentioned in the writ petition by the original writ petitioner. The appeal is being filed with the proper nomenclature of the applicant company.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the present application stands allowed to the extent of prosecuting the present appeal.
