ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- To direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry for the change of patta name for the land extend of (1.93.5 hectares) of patta land is SF.No.1127/4 (0.97 hectares) Irudhukkottai Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
2.The basis on which the Writ Petition has been filed is that the patta originally stood in the name of the Anbura Minerals Private 2/5
Limited, represented by the petitioner has been changed as Anbura Minerals Private Limited. The petitioner's contention is that the property has been purchased only by the petitioner and not by the company. Therefore, when the matter had come up on 19.12.2024, this Court had directed the petitioner to produce the sale deed under which the subject property was purchased.
3.Today, the sale deed dated 03.02.2015 under which the property has been purchased has been produced before the Court. On mere perusal of the document would show that the property has been purchased by the company represented by the petitioner herein. Therefore, it is crystal clear that the property belongs to the company and not to the petitioner. Petitioner has only represented the company in his capacity as a Managing Director. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is absolutely misconceived.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 09.01.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No 3/5
