Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to reconstitute an independent body to conduct fair inquiry on the petitioners complaint against the 5th respondent by recalling the previous inquiry committee constituted under the chairmanship of 3rd respondent through the proceeding bearing No.973/PMCS/Estt./A1/2022/805 dated 14.03.2023 based on our representations dated 12.04.2023, 13.04.2023 and 06.11.2023. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent to reconstitute an independent body to conduct fair inquiry on the petitioners complaint against the 5th respondent by recalling the previous inquiry committee constituted under the chairmanship of 3rd respondent through the proceeding bearing No.973/PMCS/Estt./A1/2022/805 dated 14.03.2023 based on petitioners' representations dated 12.04.2023, 13.04.2023 and 06.11.2023.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
