O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 08.12.2023 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection at the time of laying 250 Meter Tar Road in North Street, situated at Velavinayagarkuppam Village, Virupatchi Panchayat, Cuddalore District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint/representation before the 3rd respondent police in-person along with all the relevant documents and the 3rd respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner.
