This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing an appeal against the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore in M.C.O.P.NO.375 of 2019 dated 05.04.2024

2. Though the notice was served on the respondents, no one appeared on their behalf. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this Petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the main appeal for admission.
