This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Dr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
