ORDER

This application has been filed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner/6th respondent on 20.11.2024 in the above contempt petition. Besides, the petitioner has also filed an affidavit, wherein, he has stated that he will not involve himself, either directly or indirectly against the restoration of the building in all possible ways, which was demolished despite the order of stay by this Court.

2. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner voluntarily appeared before this Court, the NBW issued against the petitioner on 20.11.2024 is hereby recalled. The petitioner/6h respondent is directed to appear before this Court on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Post the main matter on 06.01.2025.
