ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the fair and final order of the Court of Small Causes (VIII Court)(Rent Control Appellate Authority) Chennai dated 21.08.2023 made in RCA.No.571 of 2016 confirming the fair and final order of the Court of Small Causes (XII

Judge) (Rent Controller), Chennai dated 27.09.2016 made in RCOP.No.1157 of 2010 insofar as against the petitioner is concerned and dismiss the rent control original petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on 15.04.2025 submitted that revision petitioner has passed away and sought time to take steps to bring the legal heirs on record, however, no steps are being taken up to bring the legal heirs of the petitioner on record. Further, today, there is also no representation for the petitioner.

3. Such view of the matter, this revision stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
