(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who submitted that the plaintiffs 2 and 3 had died during the pendency of the suit and the fourth plaintiff died, after the judgment was passed in the suit and that, the plaintiffs 1 and 5, who are the petitioners herein, are the only surviving legal heirs of the deceased plaintiffs. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed this court to accept the cause title stated in this appeal. 3.
