This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 269 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the present appeal has been filed by the grand parents, against the refusal of their visitation rights to visit their grandson. Further, he would submit that their grandson is living 500 meters away from their residence and mediation talks were also going on. However, the said efforts for settlement were not fructified. Hence, they filed the present appeal with delay of 269 days.

3. In reply, Mr.M.Amier Abbaz, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that no sufficient reason has been provided and hence, he request this Court to dismiss this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 269 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
