ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2023 to cancel the Patta Nos.450, 572, 2227, 2321, 2650, 2714, 2796, 2879 for the Survey Nos.191/2B1, 191/2B2, 191/2C1, 191/2C2, 191/2C3 in Nellikuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, created by the Sham and nominal sale deeds in the name of the respondents 3 to 15 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 11.08.2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
3. Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is being passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents/respondents 3 to 15 is dispensed with.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since this writ petition is filed seeking a simple writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2023 and issue notice to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 15 herein, rival claimants/interested parties/objectors if any, as the case may be and also to the the persons whose names are mentioned in the said Pattas and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders on merits and in 3/6
accordance with law within the time as prescribed in the circular No.R1/2005632/2022 dated 17.07.2023 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
