This application has been filed to permit to mark the photo copy of the judgment passed in M.C.No.1817 of 2022 by the learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bangalore on 18.03.2005 as secondary evidence in the side of petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that she has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.
