ORDER

The petitioner seeks to transfer the investigation to some other agency.

2. The petitioner's daughter said have committed suicide on 03.02.2025. The allegations in the complaint indicate that since his son in law had extra marital love, there used to be quarrel between the respondent and his wife which resulted in death. According to the petitioner, though the FIR is filed as early as on 03.02.2025, the investigation is not completed, therefore, seeks for transfer.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that RDO Report is now received by the Investigating Officer and the statements have been recorded and they will file final report expeditiously.

4. Such view of the matter, let the respondent file a final report expeditiously within a period of three months. Considering the nature of the allegations and since it is a case of suicide and RDO enquiry is conducted, no transfer as prayed by the petitioner is required.

5. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. 07.10.2025 dhk 2/4
