Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records in respect of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his letter No.2197/J2/2004 dated 3.9.2004 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to grant approval to the petitioner college for an additional intake of 60 students in the existing M.B.A. Course for the academic year 2004-2005.
