This petition is filed to condone the delay of 264 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel for respondent 1.

Despite notice having been served upon respondent 2, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 264 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 264 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
