ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The petitioner seeks withdrawal of HMOP No.683 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Karur and to be transfered to the file of the Family Court, Erode, where the petitioner's case in M.C.No.72 of 2024 is also pending.

2.Despite service of notice, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the today's cause list and hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte.

3.I have heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition. I find prima facie case made out by the petitioner/wife for transfer of HMOP.No.683 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Karur to the Family Court, Erode.

4.In light of the above, this Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.683 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Karur and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Erode to be tried along with FCOP.No.554 of 2024.
