When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mr. Shankarappa Murali, Director, Documents Truth Labs, Bangalore and Former Document Examiner Forensic Science Laboratory Govt of Karnataka, Bangalore, on whom the subpoena was proposed to be issued, has passed away. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
