The petitioner herein is filed forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 herein from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent.
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 & 2 states that, the 3rd respondent has given a complaint alleging that his title document given in safe custody of the petitioners been detained by them and they refuse to return it when he demanded. There is also allegation of intimidation. It is further stated that, based on the said complaint C.S.R.No.2316 of 2023 been registered and enquiry in underway. Since some material been brought to the notice of the Police in the nature of cognizance offence, the Police has thought fit to register C.S.R and enquire the matter before proceeding with registering F.I.R.
3. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere. If the petitioners are aggrieved of any registration of complaint, then shall be at liberty to approach this Court if so advised and warrants.
