2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court.
