This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 06.30 p.m. until further orders and the second & third petitioner shall appear before the respondent daily at 06.30 p.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No.27675 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27675 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
