This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for furnishing sureties before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.24349 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks effective from today, to execute sureties before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.24349 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
