ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25682 of 2024 on 18.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is registered in PRC.No.11 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram and posted on 03.01.2025, for the appearance of the accused.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25682 of 2024 on 18.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram on 03.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
