The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.440 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 25(1B)(a) of Arms Act, 1959.

2. It is stated that respondent had found a country made gun in the cattle shed of the petitioner's house. The petitioner had run away from the place.
