ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23383 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 42 days. He further submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23383 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore, on the 3rd working day of January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
