ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26733 of 2024 on 25.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26733 of 2024 on 25.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturdays of every month, until further orders.
