This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the 1/4

petitioner dated 24.02.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for taking action against the 2nd respondent.

Heard : Mr.A.Immanuel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is compelling the petitioner to register the property in favour of some one. A complaint was given in this regard and since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

In the considered view of this Court, it will suffice if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent not to put any pressure or compulsion on the petitioner to sell the property in a particular manner. It is left open to the petitioner to deal with his property in accordance with law and the 2nd respondent will not exert any pressure in this regard. This direction will sufficiently take care of the grievance of the petitioner. 2/4
