Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner seeks clarification in the 4th and 5th line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.01.2024. Accordingly, the 4th and 5th line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.01.2024 replaced as follows: "3. ... the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered."

In all other respects, the order dated 24.01.2025, shall remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue a fresh certified copy of the order, dated 24.01.2025. 30.01.2025 rsi Note: Issue order copy on 30.01.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 19.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1225 of 2024 against Crl A No.112 of 2024 that the petitioner should appear before the learned Special Judge, Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act 1997, Chennai, once in a week i.e on first working day of every week at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. 3/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 19.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1225 of 2024 against Crl A No.112 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
