(Order of the court was made by R.Mahadevan, J) This petition is filed by the writ petitioners, seeking to implead the Executive Officer of Arulmighu Ettukai Amman Temple, Keerambur Village, Namakkal District, as ninth respondent in the aforesaid writ petition.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the subject matter in issue is relating to the appointment of non-hereditary trustees and hence, the proposed respondent is a necessary party for effective adjudication.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection in ordering this petition.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
