ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider in the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2023 and consequently, directing the respondents to provide any job to her son on his education qualification based on compassionate ground due to death of the petitioner's husband on 10.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.09.2023 has been considered and the same has been rejected by an order dated 27.12.2023.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order dated 27.12.2023, in the manner known to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
