2. Mrs.S.Sumathi, Inspector of Police, Erumapatty Police Station, Namakkal District, was present before this Court today.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.Nos.413 and 415 of 2023 and both C.S.R.s were closed on 02.12.2023.
4. In the light of the above stand taken by the respondent police, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court.
