This Application has been filed to extend the period of arbitration between the Applicant and Respondent by a further period of three months.

The learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submits that he has no serious objection for allowing the above Application. 4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Applicant for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of three months.
