These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the above writ appeals.
Heard Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Advocate-General, assisted by Ms.S.Mekhala, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 in both petitions and Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned counsel the third respondent in CMP.No.5736 of 2024.
Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions, the delay of 29 days in filing the appeals is condoned.
The civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the same are otherwise found to be in order and list for admission on 26.06.2024.
