ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 23.02.2021, passed by this Court in C.R.P.(NPD).No.2670 of 2016, thereby directing the respondent to vacate the premise and hand over the same to the petitioner within a period of three months.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent vacated the premises and handed over the key to the petitioner.
