This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the property situated in Old Grama Natham Survey Number 4, New Survey Number 239/2 & 239/3, Sengappalli, Kathappalli Village, Namakkal District based on the sale deed in Doc.No.1774/2001 & Doc.No.1808 / 2001 dated 07.02.2001 & 19.02.2001 to an extent of 6 cents.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

3. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents that no proper application has been received from the petitioner by the respondents so far.

4. In view of the above submission that the petitioner has not filed proper application before the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
